Yamonwan Justin DAH-KENANGNON

Software engineer working on identity, authorization, runtime engineering, developer infrastructure, and Internet standards.

I build standards-based identity software, policy-driven authorization systems, and developer tooling across JavaScript, TypeScript, WebAssembly, and Web APIs. I am also learning Rust as I prepare to move deeper into systems programming.

Software Engineer · Gluu

I work with Gluu on Cedarling and the Janssen Project. My work spans JavaScript/WebAssembly integration, developer experience, and practical authorization education.

I created cedarling.dev, work on JavaScript and WebAssembly integration for Cedarling across Node.js, browsers, and edge runtimes, and write practical Cedarling tutorials for real-world authorization use cases.

Learning Rust and moving toward systems programming

I am currently learning Rust with the goal of transitioning progressively into systems programming and lower-level software engineering over the coming months.

This direction grows naturally from my current work with WebAssembly, cross-runtime integration, and developer infrastructure, while taking me progressively closer to lower-level systems work.

Mechanics → mathematics → software

My path into software started with mechanics, followed by applied mathematics and mathematical modeling. That background shaped how I approach software engineering: through systems, models, constraints, and precise interfaces.

Today I focus on identity, authorization, JavaScript/WebAssembly interoperability, developer infrastructure, and open Internet standards, while building deeper Rust and systems-programming skills for the next stage of my career.
